Elite Camp
Valdosta State Women's Basketball Elite Camp is designed for experienced and competitive basketball players.
Our camp features intense workouts aimed at improving individual skills, competitive team play, and skill competitions. Basketball experience is preferred. The focus of this camp will be elevating skills of prospective student-athletes to the next level.
Each athlete will receive attention from Valdosta State Women's Basketball Coach Chandler Merkerson and her coaching staff. The instructors will also include the 2023-24 GSC Champions Lady Blazer players.

• Offensive Skill-work: ball handling, passing, shooting (form, stationary, off screens, off the dribble), perimeter moves, reading screens, post moves, etc.
• Defensive Skill-work: stance, close-outs, defensive slides, gap help, help-side defense, on-ball defense, defending screens (on and off the ball), post defense, etc.
